I will ensure all clients are made aware of and given a copy of ‘Terms and conditions’ for payment and refunds for my services.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking deposit of $200 is required to secure the ceremony date and time. Please be aware that if payment is not received, your booking will no longer be held or confirmed. All reasonable requests for additional time for payment may be considered.
Please note: For a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), You must give the completed NOIM to the celebrant, at least one (1) month, and not more than eighteen (18) months, before your proposed marriage, unless a prescribed authority has agreed to shorten the notice period.
• Payment: All payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card (credit card facilities will be available), bank details for direct deposit can be found on the invoice. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the ceremony taking place.
• Postponements: If the ceremony is postponed and a new date is available for my services, then your booking deposit of $200 will be held as credit. If I cannot perform the ceremony on the new date due to unforeseen circumstances by me, then the booking deposit will be refunded less $50 for admin fees if documentation has already been prepared. If documentation has not already been prepared, then your booking fee will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations: If you cancel your ceremony at least 30 days prior to the date of the ceremony, then a refund of payment made less the $200 booking fee will be refunded. If the ceremony is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of your ceremony, then no refund will be applied. Some discretion may apply upon consideration of the individual circumstances listed but not limited to: Death in the family or death of future spouse, serious illness, motor vehicle accident.
I will:
· Ensure all personal information is only collected, used, and stored in accordance with the National Privacy Principles (EPP Act 2012)
· Only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the performance of my professional services and activities as a celebrant
· Not Collect information just because it may be useful at a later stage
· Ensure that I personally collect information in relation to my services
· Not undertake any unauthorised disclosure of confidential information
· Ensure that I shall take a range of measure to protect personal information (see Document recording and storage Policies and Procedures)

As an Authorised Civil Celebrant, I am able to solemnise your marriage under the Marriage Act 1961, at a time and place of your choice in Australia.
You must give the completed NOIM to the celebrant, at least one (1) month, and not more than eighteen (18) months, before your proposed marriage, unless a prescribed authority has agreed to shorten the notice period. It is best to book as soon as you have set a date, time, and venue.
